Asset Inventory
It is well known that insurance agents tirelessly caution their clients to keep an up-to-date inventory of their assets to show as proof of ownership in the event of theft or disaster. It is also well known that the vast majority of these clients do not follow those suggestions and thus leave themselves open to great loss. We are able to come to your home and photograph any and all assets for which you need proof of ownership. You will then be given those images on a CD as well as have the peace of mind that your images are also stored in a secure location online (made available only to us and you).

Pricing:
$150: Initial photographing of all assets of your choosing (on-site), CD, and online photo hosting
$50 per subsequent year will allow you to keep your images on our secure, online photo host
$15 per replacement/duplicate CD
$75 per inventory update (suggested once a year)

Fine Art Prints

Photography for Real Estate Listings
Maximum number of 20 images (unless otherwise agreed upon). Utilizing professional camera gear and advanced lighting techniques, we will photograph the interior and exterior of your property and deliver high-quality, processed images to you to use when marketing your listings. You can view some examples of our work here.

$175: Up to 3,000 sq. ft. (includes lower level IF being photographed)
$200: 3,001+ sq. ft. (includes lower level IF being photographed)

If you are looking for an alternative to virtual tours check out our dynamic slideshow option. Here is a sample. These are available for $35 per listing. They can be delivered on CD for an extra $15 or in high-resolution versions on DVD for $50.
